----Eli L. Eytan is a general practitioner with DeVincens & Associates, specializing in appellate practice. He is a former Superior Court, Appellate Division staff attorney, Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Appellate Practice Committee, and an editor of the New Jersey Appellate Practice Handbook, 3rd Edition, with 17 reported opinions.

----Mr. Eytan serves as a certified mediator, Ocean County auto/personal injury, contract arbitrator and member of the Ocean County Civil Practice Committee. He has chaired the Ocean County Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee and Membership Committee and served as a County Mock Trial Coordinator.

----He is presently Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Meetings, Arrangements and Program Committee.
