Handbook, 3rd Edition, with 17 reported
opinions.

Eytan serves as a certified mediator, Ocean County
auto/personal injury, contract arbitrator and
member of the Ocean County Civil Practice Committee.
He has chaired the Ocean County Unauthorized Practice
of Law Committee and Membership Committee and
served as a County Mock Trial Coordinator.

is presently Chair of the New Jersey State Bar
Meetings, Arrangements and Program Committee.

is a former member of the Supreme Court Civil
Practice Committee and the District IIIA Ethics

institutions. Other life experiences include sojourns
as a citrus and dairy farmer, bartender and folk
