V. Kelly is a partner in the law firm of Starkey
Kelly Blaney Bauer and White and has been
a partner since 1975. He is Certified by the Supreme
Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney
and has been certified since 1983. Mr. Kelly is
also a Civil Trial Specialist of the National
Board of Trial Advocacy since 1988.
-----Mr. Kelly received
his BA from Mount Saint Mary's College, Emmitsburg,
Maryland in 1967 magna cum laude. He is a graduate
of Seton Hall University receiving his Juris Doctor
in 1970, with honors. He was admitted to the New
Jersey State Bar in 1970 and also admitted to
the US District Court of New Jersey in 1970.
-----Mr. Kelly has
been a long standing member of the New Jersey
State Bar Association; American Bar Association;
Ocean County Bar Association, serving as a Trustee;
Monmouth County Bar Association; National Association
of Trial Lawyers; and New Jersey Institute of
Municipal Attorneys.
-----Mr. Kelly has
served as a Municipal Township Attorney and Board
of Adjustment attorney for many years. Mr. Kelly
has had the honor of serving on the Ocean County
Ethics Committee, Committee Member from 1988-1991.
He is currently serving as an Ocean County Auto/Personal
Injury Arbitrator as well as being on the Ocean
County Civil Practice Committee.
-----Mr. Kelly has
devoted his legal career to the advocacy of plaintiff's
rights and has tried numerous cases to a jury
verdict.
